The staff were COURTEOUS, the room was reasonably spacious. Got continental breakfast with french toast and all the bacon too. The staff did all they can for a lovely stay. The pool was heated and I had bottled drinks in the pool bar.

Check in was quick, I liked ideal location and fine rooms. Clean and incredibly friendly hotel in Galleria - Uptown district. Not far from shops, restaurants centers and the Galleria. Service there was exceptional, the staff was consistently courteous!
